This limited edition wall hanging is woven on a cotton warp. The weft is composed of a blend of cotton, silk, viscose and hemp yarns, which adds texture and lustre to the textile.
The pattern of this wall hanging was inspired by and adapted from the border of a vintage Laotian sarong. Hand-whittled bamboo sticks are inserted into the warp during the weaving process, providing structure and balance to the piece. Each wall hanging also includes two polished wooden rods.
