Domestic Shipping

Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours of the placing of your order, although keep in mind that if you place an order on a Friday, we will not be able to process it until Monday.  Processing may also take longer during public holidays when the post office is closed.

All domestic orders are shipped by Thailand Post EMS.  Please allow 3-5 working days for deliveries within Thailand.

To check the shipping charges that apply to your order, simply start the process of creating an order, and go through to the checkout. At the checkout, you can select your destination, and the shipping cost will be calculated.

We will send you a notification once your order has been shipped.  This will include a tracking id for your parcel.  You can track the progress of your parcel by checking the Thailand Post website.

International Shipping

All International orders are shipped by DHL Express.  Please allow 5-7 working days for international deliveries.

To check the shipping charges that apply to your order, simply start the process of creating an order, and go through to the checkout. At the checkout, you can select your destination, and the shipping cost will be calculated.

The cost of shipping does not include:

• Any custom duties, fees or taxes that may be assessed for international orders.
• Any additional postal charges that may be required for delivery of your product(s) once the parcel arrives in your country. Any costs incurred for the final delivery will be at the expense of the customer and Sop Moei Arts will not cover, nor will we refund any item that cannot be cleared without additional charges being paid.
